Cozy apartment for rent in Valencia

Hello! We are a couple aged 30-35, we are Spanish, and we live in our newly purchased apartment in Valencia. Both of us work remotely, and for the past 3 years, we have been traveling while working from various locations around the world. We will be traveling during August 2024 so we are renting the house just for this month.

We adore the city of Valencia (the 3rd largest in Spain). Our house is located 20-minute walk from the beach and in a green area, next to the City of Arts and Sciences. We have excellent wifi connection, workspace, beautiful Mediterranean light, and a very friendly neighborhood.

For the rental month, we will prepare the house by storing all personal belongings at the back of the closet. We will leave everything useful for daily living, such as kitchen utensils, coffee maker, pots and pans, hairdryer, and bed linens and towels.

- 1 room with a trundle bed: it transforms into a bed with two mattresses measuring 80x90cm each.
1 living room (there is a desktop as a second place to work apart from the office room).

1 terrace with a washing machine and clotheslines
